1. A Novel Framework for Integrated Implementation of Electronic Health Records
M S Gayathri, Divya James
Abstract
Electronic Health Records (EHR) is digitized version of medical record. Medical record contains a series of documents which contain about the patient’s identity, therapy, examination, treatment and other services given to the patient. The EMR should be a part of the Common Heath Centre of a geographic area which is facilitated through cloud storage. These records are accessed, analysed and updated by the corresponding sections in the medical department. There are several benefits of adopting Electronic Medical Record. Firstly, the care given to the computerized notes are easily understood then the physician’s handwriting. The error and misunderstanding that is created, can reduce patient’s care. Secondly, convenience and efficiency where office and medical staff doesn’t have to waste time with paper records. Thirdly, the requirement for storing bulky file cabinets, which free spaces for supplies and equipment. Fourth, patient access where EHR includes patient portal to view their medical information whenever required. Fifth, financial incentives where installing certified EHR can fulfil the requirement for Medicaid and Medicare, making you eligible for various incentives from federal government.

2. Molecular interaction study of ethyl acetate with 1-butanol using Time Domain Reflectometry Technique
S.B. Kolhe, S.B. Sayyad, P.B. Undre & P.W. Khirade
Abstract
Dielectric relaxation study has been carried out for ethyl acetate with 1-butanol binary mixtures over frequency range of 10 MHz to 20 GHz at different temperatures 288K, 298K, 308K, 318K using Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technique. Kirkwood correlation factor (geff), Bruggeman factor (fB) and thermodynamic parameters such as the values of molar enthalpy of activation (ΔH) and the values of molar entropy of activation (ΔS) are obtained to yield information about intermolecular interaction.

3. Design of Various Structural Elements through Programming using Matlab Platform
(As Per IS Code 456:2000)

Aditi Bansa, A.K. Dwivedi, Seema Agrawal
Abstract
This paper mainly focuses on the design of structural members like beam, column, slab, footing, etc using high level programming tool i.e. MATLAB. The objective of this paper is to analyze that it may be possible or not to design a structural member using programming. The output obtained from the above analysis is correct or not is verified with manual calculations. From the above analysis we found that MATLAB can also be used as a designing tool for structural members. The output obtained is more similar to manual calculations, the advantage of using MATLAB tool is to save time and use of a single program to find out solution for multiple problems. The design code used in this program is I.S.code 456:2000 i.e. designing code for reinforced cement concrete structures (RCC structures).
